The focus is on building a deeper more intimate relationship with yourself and or partner, we focus on areas of struggle that could include communication and connection, as well as sexual intimacy. You leave with a greater understanding of your own and your partner’s needs and the tools to create a lasting, fulfilling, connected, emotional, sexually intimate relationship that you have longed for. Held via telehealth or in Northern california, travel outside of those locations is available for additional travel costs.

The One-Day Intensive for Singles is a powerful opportunity to invest in your personal growth, guided by skilled relationship coach and therapist. Throughout the day, you'll engage in insightful and meaningful exercises, and individualized to your need to break through barriers and prepare yourself for a fulfilling and loving relationship.
